A consultation before bike drop off enables your Technician to prepare for your project. Whether it is to analyze an unknown issue, plan a long term build, or discuss customization options. Confident, professional advice from OPS 13 Crew goes a long way. Once your consultation is wrapped up, your Tech will email you a quote and the estimated timeframe of completion. You can decide to proceed with the quote, and a 50% deposit is due at upon scheduling. You will then schedule your Bike Drop Off date and time with OPS 13 Crew. The invoice balance is due in full on bike pickup date. ***A tech assessment fee of $125 will be listed on all invoices whereas our technicians have had to "look over, review, analyze, diagnose, assess the bikes issues**** ZOOM VIDEO CALL: you can join the Video call from your web browser and bypass downloading the App. Locate the meeting invite link from your email or calendar invitation. Click the join link to join the meeting. If a pop-up window prompts you to open or install the Zoom desktop client, click Cancel. **When booking, please select your meeting type**
